03-15-08 I'm going to gather the pages for Feb and connect them to the first Monthly Index for this particular blog.

Ok, I had a bit of navigation problem but I got it figured out. James finally got memory sticks for his two computers and his main box still reboots. He hasn't traded the memory sticks between machines to see if both are good. He is going to use his secondary machine as his main box and is in the process of defragging over 100 Gigs of stuff.

What's been going on. Recruiting new COCMods, training one, waiting for the other to show up. Putting some energy into CITY-Adornment web section. Catching up with posts and protesting heartily over Yahoo Groups putting links of other groups with members in common.

There I came out and said some of these groups linked on our messages HATE OUR GUTS. Then I laughed uproariously, "They will not like seeing my group advertised in their posts. Maybe that will motivate them to come and lodge a protest."

Just saw a Download: The history of the Internet-  Part Two: Search  It was about the development of Google. Its algorithm is by links to your site by others.  Well I have a gazillion pages and they all link back to the home page, to Karen at ClayAlley. I do have sites linking to mine all around the world. The electronic popularity contest voted in by the users. When I google Polymer Clay my webring comes up forth and I come up fifth. Stargazer's Page O Links is above me at third.

Not badly placed. I have to study the google adlinks and there's Amazon.com adlinks. I started looking into it and then got distracted. A side bar. Google separates the ads from the other content and is a good model. That program was great. I have to think as a marketer if I'm going to sell my stuff and get financially independent. All these years of building the clay art list. Keeping this site alive. Not changing pages because of those outside links. All this has got to translate into some income. I have to make an effort during this second Saturn return.

His main box rebooted again. He's talking about getting a new computer since this box is still acting up. 'I just got a new 512 and it's still f'ing up, what the hell'.
