06-21-08: I just got a note from the new webhost saying that I'm using up too much CPU/RAM space. I think it's because of the way I edit pages. I've been doing a lot of editing on my site because of the Epson photo gallery pages have new links, replacing the Epson photo storage account links. While I was doing that I was changing the footers that still had "Biz" instead of "Biz-Archive" links. I noticed that a lot of the older pictures were really dark so I was lightening them at the same time. I have this bad habit of keeping a dozen pages open and when I'm done I close and save the changes one after the other. That's got to take up CPU/RAM space on the servers.

I developed this bad habit because with my former computer was dying and I moved my website back up to an external HDD. Saving the pages off line took a long time. So I edited online when I got the new webhost.

I'm saving pages now with the external so maybe it was my ancient computer that was dying that made saving pages slow. I have to test on the norajean.com section where the tutorials are. This is a sub-site and sort of a stand alone, so maybe savings fast here.

I'll close this section and open the main area and see if saving is slow on the external HDD.

This section and BH4DO saves quickly. On the index page for the main part of the site the slow saves are happening. So I have to make new sections sub-sites to be able to save quickly off line. hmmm
