RockyRoad-001:
Chop, really fine, toss to round out edges, form into candy bar loafs, leaving
it a bit lumpy, cover with a sheet of burnt umber pressed at the thinnest
layer, cover and cut in half, it looks like Rocky Road to me. A really skinny snake of
layered bread sheet done as a lace cane and then chopped and tossed and formed
makes good Crepes. I filled two with Lemon Curd, TLS and Lemon Cane whipped,
and put them on a Dime with room to spare.
